Mark Messier and his amazing speech "Leader and his team. To manage people means to understand them."

Mark Messier started his career in 1979 when he was drafted by Edmonton Oilers, and only four years later he scored his first Stanley Cup, the most valuable ice hockey trophy. Edmonton Oilers, with Mark, consequently gained this trophy four times yet. Mark scored his sixth Stanley Cup in the season 1993-94 with New York Rangers team and he became the sole player of overseas ice hockey competition, who made it as the captain of two different teams. Mark Messier holds his prominent place in historical NHL tables till today. He played incredible 25 seasons and 1 756 matches, in which he gathered 1 887 points. From year 2007, he deservedly keeps hold of the place in the ice hockey Hall of Fame. This ice hockey leader is at the same time twofold holder of Hart Trophy, which is turned over to the most beneficial player of the body of Canada & USA NHL league. Mark Messier nowadays functions as a special advisor of the president and general manager of New York Rangers club. His name also carries the trophy that is awarded for the NHL player with exceptional leading abilities from year 2006.
