Donald Pace has been a Certified Trainer in Creativity and Innovation skills since 2007. He joined Minding International, representatives and distributors of the Edward de Bono Thinking Methods as a Senior Business Development Consultant in the same year. He has extensive experience in various Senior Management roles with a number of high profile international companies and specialises in applying the de Bono Thinking tools to enhance creativity and innovation both in the business environment and vocational education. His personal training and presentation style puts the emphasis on concrete applications participants can easily relate to and implementation. Donald Pace regularly acts on behalf of and represents Dr. Edward de Bono at conferences, seminars, retreats keynotes and training sessions. His training focus is to encourage the use of the de Bono creative and innovative thinking skills to make a difference to people's thinking, in order to maximise their potential, individually and in a team.
