
Juan Senor is one of Europe's leading business presenters and journalists. He has worked for CNBC, PBS, Dow Jones and also served as senior London Correspondent for International Herald Tribune Television. He is also Visiting Fellow at University of Oxford and a Partner in Innovation Media Consulting. In the past decade, he has led projects for many companies with the aim to review their approach and refocus their products. In the past few years he has launched newspapers and television stations in more than ten countries across three continents. Three of these newspapers have been voted "Best Newspaper Concept and Design in the World". In 2010 he was voted "one of the world's top media innovators" by journalists in the UK. He is also active as a presenter and has presented and moderated events in more than 52 countries, on every continent. Before that, Juan anchored Europe Today and Market Watch for CNBC, and reported on foreign affairs for PBS' MacNeil-Lehrer NewsHour where he got the chance to interview personalities such as Nelson Mandela, Boris Yeltsin, Fidel Castro, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, John Major, Helmut Kohl and many others. He also received an Emmy nomination for his exclusive interviews with the late Yasser Arafat and Yitzhak Rabin, and his team at NewsHour received the DuPont Journalism Award. Juan has also presented programmes on Wall Street Journal TV. His programme "Media Report" received the title of Europe's Best Business Programme by the viewers. He is also a powerful motivational speaker. Since his daughter was born with Down's Syndrome Juan Se?or became a disability rights campaigner and fundraiser on behalf of Down's Syndrome. He has skied to the North Pole and trekked across the Sahara and down the Amazon to raise money for charity. He is a Spanish national educated in Europe and the US where he received a summa cum laude degree in Political Sciences. He has an extensive language knowledge and is fluent in six languages.
